Menalto Development, LLC is a commericial real estate firm currently developing Hurley Place. Menalto is a land stakeholder in the RiNo District, owning an assemblage between Delgany and Arkins between 36th and 38th, including the site where Blue Moon Brewing Company is opening its new facility. Hurley Place will be six acres featuring a mix-use, multi-generational, music and entertainment district featuring retail, restaurants, high end residential and a 1,000 seat outdoor amphitheater. Menalto is also working with MillerCoors, the City of Denver, and The Greenway Foundation to develop a river walk/promenade along the South Platte River.
